Never tried snowboarding before and keen to give it a go?
This full-day beginner snowboarding package is run and organised by Outdoor Switzerland and is designed specifically for first-time snowboarders with no previous experience.

You’ll be taught by patient, qualified instructors who will guide you through the basics of snowboarding in a relaxed and supportive learning environment. Lessons take place on the sunny, beginner-friendly slopes of the Bodmi Arena in Grindelwald, one of the best areas in the region for learning to snowboard.

  • Requirements Suitable for ski or snowboard beginners, Minimum 12 years, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, Minimum 2 participants in each group (maximum 8 per Instructor).
  • What's included 5 hours ski or snowboard instruction, 1 day ski/snowboard, boots and helmet rental, 1 day lift ticket (valid for the magic carpet at Bodmi Arena only, as soon as you change to the t-bar lift, you have to buy a ski pass).
  • What to bring Ski clothes (rentals available for adults at Outdoor rental shops), Packed lunch or money to purchase lunch at the restaurant, Camera, drinks & sunscreen
